In our restaurant with a total of 150 seats in three comfortable, rustically furnished rooms we spoil our guests with many homemade delicacies an black forest specialties.
When the weather is nice we open our garden restaurant. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings with wonderful black forest air.
What would be the most beautiful holidays without fine kitchen?
We have refined most of the well-known dishes a la plough. Our trained butcher Henning Oßwald and chef Otto Oßwald attach great importance to the use of high-quality local products, be it vegetables, meat or fish. As an example we would like to mention only our tender pasture veal, wich comes from our own animal husbandry of our farmer. Or our high quality venison, wich we get from our own hunting grounds.
